In a powerful display of community solidarity, Tamu Dhee Nepal has successfully raised a total of NPR 7,047,000 to assist those impacted by the catastrophic Bhotekoshi floods. The relief campaign, which officially commenced on August 30 (Bhadra 14), was designed to provide both immediate humanitarian aid and long-term rehabilitation support for families who suffered immense losses during the natural disaster.

Headquartered in Pokhara, the organization reached out to donors across the country and the international Gurung community to gather these vital resources. The significant sum collected reflects the deep commitment of the public to help their fellow citizens in times of crisis. These funds are earmarked for critical reconstruction projects and the provision of essential supplies to the hardest-hit areas along the Bhotekoshi corridor.

The leadership of Tamu Dhee Nepal extended their heartfelt appreciation to every individual and group that contributed to the campaign. By mobilizing over seven million rupees, the organization aims to play a pivotal role in helping the affected communities regain their footing and rebuild their lives after the monsoon’s devastation. This successful initiative serves as a testament to the impact of coordinated charitable efforts in Nepal.
